ELFA Serangoon children had the opportunity to put their best foot forward in a colourful and delightful presentation at the preschool\u2019s K2 graduation concert held in the Jubilee Hall of the Raffles Hotel on 26 October 2015.<\/p>\n

Singing, dancing, swaying, playing an instrument or just simply acting, the nursery and kindergarten children gave of their best in the \u201cHarmony in Arts\u201d themed concert before their parents and peers. A K1 group exhibited patience, energy and perseverance as they went through the paces in a dance mimicking the Chinese martial art of \u201cKung Fu\u201d, while younger nursery children recite a Tang dynasty poem. Other had the opportunity to dance or play instruments to festive themes. Several items in English and Chinese Speech & Drama, which has been fundamental in character building, were also featured.<\/p>\n

The children not only had fun as they performed together, they learned the importance of friendship, understanding and teamwork as they went through the motion of the concert.<\/p>\n

They also went home happy and enriched with better appreciation of Chinese language, culture and the arts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
