Creative Class at -14°C—Snowman with a Sticky Smiles
In snowy Fushun, temperatures dropped to –14.5°C. At ELFA Preschool @ Fushun Rose City, teachers turned tyres into sleds and fabric into snow sliders, carrying children across the snow as laughter echoed through the winter air.
After plenty of snow-sliding games, it was time to build a snowman together. Shoveling and shaping the snow, adorable “snow friends” were born in the icy cold—sparking children’s courage and curiosity to explore winter with confidence.

Snowball Fights in Light Snow—Laughter Echoes Childhood
Nature’s gifts are always transformed into the sweetest joy through a child’s heart.
At the beginning of the year, Xi’an welcomed its first gentle snowfall. The lightly snow-covered playground at ELFA Preschool @ Xi’an Hua Yuan Juncheng quickly came to life as children formed snowballs, chased one another, and burst into laughter during an energetic, joyful snowball fight.

An Icy Experience: The Courage to Skate
On 15th January, children from ELFA Preschool @ Beijing Oak Bay stepped into an indoor ice rink for their very first ice hockey experience.
Starting with the support chairs, the children progressed to independent skating, swinging sticks, and hitting pucks. In just half a day, they demonstrated focus and perseverance on the ice—gaining balance and resilience, confidence and determination, through a brave and empowering skating experience.
