From 9 to 13 October 2025, delegates from the ELFA China education team visited Crestar Education Group (CEG) headquarters in Singapore for a five-day professional study and exchange programme. This visit is aligned with ELFA’s commitment to continuous professional development and high-quality early childhood education across regions.
During the visit, the delegates toured several renowned educational institutions under the Group, including Kinderland Academy @ Yio Chu Kang, The Grange International School, Skool4Kidz Campus @ One Punggol, and Skool4Kidz Campus @ Fernvale. These visits provided valuable exposure to Singapore’s diverse early childhood and international education landscape.
Through classroom observations and discussions, the teachers gained valuable insights into curriculum design, learning environment creation, teacher development, and child observation and documentation practices. They also explored the programmes and unique features of Skool4Kidz Campus @ Fernvale, deepening their understanding of how Singapore integrates innovation with a child-centered approach.
The team also visited Crestar Learning Centre (CLC), where they learned about Singapore’s well-established community education and public early childhood systems.

Through hands-on learning, our teachers gained practical knowledge to support the safety, care, and well-being of infants and toddlers.
In addition, the team observed the Group’s annual preschool sports day, gaining insights into event planning, organization, and Singapore’s emphasis on differentiated physical education to support every child’s holistic growth and development.
