Educators from ELFA came together on 3rd July for the annual Professional Development (PD) Day, reaffirming the preschool’s commitment to continuous learning and excellence in early childhood education.
The annual PD Day reflects CEG’s commitment to strengthening teaching competencies and leadership capabilities, ultimately benefiting every child through meaningful, high-quality learning experiences that prepare them for the future.

The event was graced by Mr Robert Leong, Chief Executive Officer of Kinderland International Education (KIE), who thanked educators for their unwavering dedication to nurturing future generations. He encouraged them to embrace lifelong learning, collaborate with peers and continuously reflect on their professional practice, while reaffirming the organisation’s commitment to investing in its people.

Educators explored how generative artificial intelligence can serve as a valuable teaching partner, enhancing lesson planning, creativity and classroom experiences while supporting children’s learning and development.
Themed “Tech-Powered Educators for Smarter Early Learning,” the event equipped educators with practical skills to meet the evolving needs of today’s classrooms. Participants explored how generative artificial intelligence can enhance lesson planning, spark creativity and enrich classroom experiences. They also attended workshops on mobile photography to better document children’s learning journeys. Sessions on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and child safety further strengthened their capabilities in creating inclusive, engaging and safe learning environments.
