As part of their continuing professional development programme, teachers and staff from ELFA Preschool attended a day-long centralised training session at the Suntec Convention Centre on 20 July 2018.
The annual mass learning programme was specially organised for the four preschool brands under the Crestar Education Group, including Kinderland, Nutrturestars and Skool4kidz.
It was designed with the theme “Smart Learning for 21st Century”, in line with Singapore’s Smart Nation initiative, as the SMART Solution for Preschool will be completely rolled out by the end of the year.
Our ELFA staff had the opportunity to know more about coding for children from the keynote speaker and motivation for teachers from a professional coach. They also further enhanced their skills and knowledge at the 7 concurrent workshops that included hands-on learning.
The gathering of about 700 participants from the Crestar group also allowed our staff to connect and bond with those from the other preschool brands, giving them a feeling of unity and belonging in a big educators’ family.
